Briarwood is a modern prairie-style home designed as a showcase project but never built. Its distinct front entrance is hidden from the street and accessed through a private courtyard. Inside, spacious stairs with large windows serve as a focal point. The back of the house features a living room, kitchen, and dining room with vaulted ceilings.

The upper floor is moderately sized with three bedrooms, connected by a bridge-like hallway that includes a kids' bathroom and laundry area, lined with windows for natural light. The exterior showcases low roof pitches, wide overhangs, dark stucco, black stone, and black windows, embodying the essence of modern prairie design.
