The team carries a project from early planning into the drawings used for review, pricing, and construction conversations.
Designers, drafters, and visual artists work from the same project information. That shared process keeps dimensions, openings, roof geometry, and material notes consistent between floor plans, exterior studies, 3D views, and technical drawings.
We also work with builders, engineers, surveyors, and other consultants as their information becomes part of the project. Each discipline remains responsible for its own work; our role is to keep the architectural design clear and coordinated within our scope.

Cesar Amaya
Founder and Principal
Cesar Amaya is the founder and principal of Amaya Design. His work brings residential design, real estate development, and construction considerations into the same conversation. He leads the studio's design direction and works with homeowners, builders, and developers to turn project goals into plans that can be priced, coordinated, and built.
As an entrepreneur and real estate developer, Cesar also understands the decisions that sit beyond the drawing set. That perspective helps the team consider the site, the intended use of the home, construction realities, and development requirements together.

Alejandro Arcila
Senior Architectural Designer
Alejandro has more than 20 years of design experience. He began his career as a registered architect in Colombia, where he designed and oversaw projects from concept through completion. Since moving to Canada more than 10 years ago, he has focused much of his work on residential design and drafting.
Chantelle Rodriguez
Director of Product Development / Senior Architectural Designer
Chantelle has close to 15 years of experience as an architectural designer, including work with large home builders. She combines residential design and drafting knowledge with responsibility for the systems that help the studio organize projects and product development.
Pamela (Pam) Felita
Visual Artist / Junior Team Lead
Pam trained and worked as an architect in Indonesia before joining Amaya Design. For more than three years, she has supported the studio's visualization work, with a focus on 3D imagery. She also coordinates the junior technical team and helps review their day-to-day work.
