Briarwood is an unbuilt prairie-modern concept entered through a private courtyard screened from the street. A generous stair framed by large windows organizes the interior and leads toward vaulted living, kitchen, and dining spaces at the rear.

The upper floor is deliberately compact. Three bedrooms connect through a bridge-like hallway, with a children's bathroom and laundry nearby. Low roof pitches, broad overhangs, dark stucco, black stone, and black windows give the concept its restrained prairie character.
