This policy describes the information Amaya Design handles through amayadesign.ca, why we use it, and the choices available to website visitors. It applies to this website and its inquiry forms, not to the separate records governed by a signed client or project agreement.
Information You Send Us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. Your message may include a property location, project plans, timing, or other details you choose to provide. The form sends the inquiry to Amaya Design by email and sends a confirmation copy to the email address you entered.
Website Measurement
The website uses Google Tag Manager to load and manage website measurement tags. Depending on the tags configured in that container, they may collect information such as pages viewed, links or buttons used, referring pages, approximate location, and browser or device information. This information helps us understand how the website is found and used. Google and any services loaded through the tag manager process data under their own terms and privacy practices.
Google Maps
The contact page includes an embedded Google map. When the map loads or you interact with it, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, cookies, and map interactions. If you allow location access, Google may also use location information. You can contact us by phone or email without using the map.
How We Use Your Information
We use inquiry information to read and respond to your message, understand the requested service, arrange follow-up conversations, and keep a record of project-related communication. Website measurement information is used to maintain the site and understand its performance and use.
