Family circulation, connected gathering rooms, and a gabled street elevation.
The Lake Community Custom Home plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas while keeping the main circulation route outside their furniture zones. Entry, storage, and service spaces are placed along the household's everyday arrival path.
On the street elevation, gabled roof forms, window groupings, and material changes divide the facade into smaller volumes. The building width and entrance are proportioned against the neighbouring homes.
