The Bearspaw residence uses steep gables above white stucco, charcoal siding, and textured stone. The material changes divide the front elevation into distinct volumes.
A stone surround marks the central entrance from the drive. Large windows bring daylight indoors, and the garage is incorporated into the wider front elevation rather than projected in front of the entry.
Mature trees, shrubs, and low planting frame the symmetrical facade without covering its primary materials and openings.
