Creekside is a prairie-modern home for a walkout lot in a newer Calgary subdivision. At the front, a tall living room with generous windows balances the attached triple tandem garage. The family room, nook, and kitchen sit at the back, keeping the everyday gathering spaces together.
The foyer and front living room open to the floor above, marking the arrival sequence. Four bedrooms are located upstairs. The walkout basement contains a theatre room, games area, an additional bedroom, a large family room, and space for a pool table, with direct access outdoors.
