Landscape-facing gathering rooms used to organize the floor plan.
The Elbow River custom home places the main gathering areas along the landscape-facing side of the plan. That orientation determines the position of shared rooms and the principal exterior openings.
Circulation connects the shared spaces without cutting through their furniture areas. The exterior direction follows the room arrangement and opening locations rather than applying a separate decorative theme.
