Acreage home design near Calgary begins well beyond the walls of the house. The driveway approach, open exposure, private servicing, grade, views, and distance between buildings all influence the plan. Our work includes properties in Rocky View County, Springbank, Bearspaw, De Winton, Balzac, and Foothills County.
We study those conditions before fixing the floor plan or roofline, then carry the agreed site strategy into permit and builder drawings.

Amaya Design is a Calgary residential design team led by founder and principal Cesar Amaya. We work on custom homes, acreages, infills, renovations, and small multi-family projects.
Circulation, daylight, privacy, structure, and roof form are developed together, then recorded in drawings that homeowners, consultants, municipal reviewers, and builders can use.
