Three-storey fourplex with brick, dark stucco, large windows, and basement suites.
Killarney Fourplex fits multiple homes into a modern three-storey form. Red brick and black stucco divide the exterior into clear parts, while generous windows bring daylight into the individual residences.
Each home is arranged with open living on the main floor, bedrooms on the second level, and a loft with terrace access above. Secondary suites in the basement add a distinct living option without changing the building's overall street composition.
